How the app works
Get Started
Open UCC Phone and tap Sign Up With Email. Already have an account? Tap Sign In.
Create Your Account
Enter your name, email and mobile number, then set a password. Use the same name that appears on your payment card.
Sign In
Sign in with your registered email and password. Tap Forgot Password? if you ever need to reset it.
Your Home Screen
See your balance, number and card at a glance. The Quick Access tiles take you anywhere in a single tap.
Top Up Your Balance
Choose $5 to $50 or enter a custom amount, then pay by card or Apple Pay. Every payment is secured by Stripe.
Make a Call
Pick your country code, type the number on the keypad and tap the green call button to connect.
Pick a Country Code
Search by country name or dial code to switch the prefix instantly, without leaving the dialer.
While You Are Connected
Mute the line, bring up the keypad or switch to speaker mid-call. Tap the red button to hang up.
Allow Contact Access
Tap Allow, then Continue, so the app can dial straight from your saved contacts.
Choose What to Share
Share your whole address book or select only the contacts you need. You can always add more later.
Call From Contacts
Search your list and tap the call icon to dial. Use the + button to add a new contact.
Review Call History
Check every recent call and filter by All, Outgoing, Incoming or Missed.
Quick Call Actions
Tap any history entry to call back, copy the number, or delete it from your list.
Manage Your Account
Update your name, username, email, phone number and profile photo whenever you need to.
Change Your Password
Enter your current password, then set and confirm a new one to keep your account secure.
Settings
Jump to the Dialer, Contacts or Recharge, read our terms and privacy policy, or log out.
